Important press release
Your safety and satisfaction comes first to us at the Holiday Inn Aurola in San José, Costa Rica.In uncertain times we want to offer you the greatest possible tranquility and security. It is a fact that the recent COVID-19 pandemic is present all around the world. That is the reason why we make of public knowledge that we stay clean of any source of infection.
We continue to operate normally in our hotel with its 195 rooms and all its facilities, offering the best experience to all our guests, but without feeling distant or oblivious to the existing situation.
We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the COVID-19, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:
• Our hotel teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
• We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
• The constant use of soap and water for hand washing is recommended.
• Do not touch your face with your hands. Try to wear a scarf
• Disinfect your hands often with gel alcohol.
• Do not greet with your hands, rather use your elbow
• Do not attend massive events.
We hope that you attend these recommendations for you and yours, inside and outside the hotel and that your reservation, trip and stay are as pleasant as possible.
Reservations: All reservations - even those described as "non-cancellable" that are scheduled for arrival before April 30, 2020, can be changed or canceled at no charge.
For those who made reservations on platforms or internet pages, please contact them directly as they have been notified and warned of our cancellation policy under the current circumstances.
We are committed to you, we are committed to the cause and that is why we intensify our efforts to continue providing you with a quality service and to keep ourselves clean of any contagion from COVID-19
